Suhrud Dagli

Suhrud oversees and leads RiskSpan’s product development and technology-related services. He has more than 20 years of experience in developing analytical tools to support risk management best-practices, as well as securities trading and operations.

Suhrud led the development of RiskSpan’s analytical framework for prepayment and credit models, and market monitoring tools, and has also provided a wide range of advisory services for Capital Markets clients. He co-founded RiskSpan in 2001 after a successful Wall Street career, which included positions as Head of Analytics and Model Development for UBS and Head of Systems and Analytics at Greenwich Capital.

Suhrud began his career at Reuters where he developed pricing models for MBS, database and reporting tools to assist in prepayment model development and risk management. Suhrud also supported derivative MBS by developing analytical models and tools, and designed and implemented a security backbone for risk management reporting.

He is an expert in a variety of commercial models and tools including Intex, CoreLogic data and commercial credit and prepayment models.

Suhrud holds an MS from Pennsylvania State University and a BS from Victoria Jubilee Technological Institute.

Neil Gogte

Neil Gogte graduated in Bachelors of Engineering with Electronics & Communication as specialisation from University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India in 1985. He went on to do his Masters Degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India in 1987.

He started his career with CMC Ltd., and was in the development team of Officemate, an Office Automation application. He then joined Sun Microsystems, USA and was part of the team which developed SUNRAI, an interface to the backend ERP applications running on IBM systems.

He founded Genesis Solutions Ltd in 1992 and in the last 30 years has trained more than 70,000 professionals in various software technologies like C, C++, Oracle, Java, Oracle Apps, SAP, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Etc

He is very passionate about research and his current areas of interest include Cyber Security and Satellite Image processing

Mr. Neil Gogte is currently the Founder and Chairman of three Engineering Colleges in Hyderabad, namely, Keshav Memorial Institute of technology (2007), Neil Gogte Institute of Technology (2017) and Keshav Memorial Engineering College (2020).

Kurund Jalmi

Kurund Jalmi is Senior Software Architect at Third Sector Design. A committed non-profit techie, coder and web enthusiast. He was part of CiviCRM’s founding team and was on Core team for several years. He brings over 18+ years of experience providing world-class technological solutions for private and non-profit sectors in India and the USA.

He previously held a position of CTO at Web Access.

Donald Lobo

Donald Lobo serves as Executive Director of the Chintu Gudiya Foundation, a private family foundation based in San Francisco, CA, that funds NGOs and organizations developing open-source software for the public good. Their current focus is working with NGOs in India via the Project Tech4Dev and Glific initiatives.

Lobo was also the Co-Founder and Lead Developer of CiviCRM, an organization founded with the goal of giving the sector a free, liberal, and open alternative for their software needs. Lobo started his career in Silicon Valley as part of Yahoo’s founding team as the “Technical Yahoo”.

Franklin Lobo

Franklin manages Client Relationship and Client Retention at RiskSpan. He has 20 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy and Operations. Franklin holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Bruce MacFarlane

Mr. MacFarlane has nearly 40 years of experience in the business and financial services industry as an investor, a mergers and acquisitions specialist and a senior advisor to companies worldwide. Mr. MacFarlane founded two private equity firms focused in the business services area:  Venturion Capital in 1998 and Aquiline Holdings in 2005. While at Aquiline, in 2005, Mr. MacFarlane was also a founder of Validus Reinsurance, a $1.1 billion Bermuda-based reinsurance start-up that went public in 2007.  In aggregate, Mr. MacFarlane has invested approximately $2.5 billion in more than 50 private growth equity/venture stage companies since 1998.  Aggregate returns on all investments have been in excess of 2.5x.

He currently serves as: an Advisory Board member of IA Capital Group, an insurance technology venture capital firm; Chairman of Patientech LLC (a smart fabric and wearable technology company); and, until its recent merger with Clean Air Group, Chairman of BioClimatic Inc., an air cleaning technology company.  Mr. MacFarlane has also served on numerous boards of financial and business services technology portfolio companies

From 1992-1997, he ran Smith Barney’s financial services mergers and acquisitions practice. Mr. MacFarlane developed a significant track record of creating, sourcing, structuring, negotiating and executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances among financial services firms domestically, internationally and across borders.

In 1991-1992, he served as the Director of Financial Institutions and Senior Advisor to the President for the Cabinet-level RTC Oversight Board which set the strategy, policy, and regulatory framework for the $120 billion U.S. savings & loan clean-up. Prior to the Oversight Board, Mr. MacFarlane was a senior manager in the Strategic Services Division of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and for Oliver, Wyman & Company, a strategic management consulting firm, working with major companies around the world. Mr. MacFarlane also worked for Data Resources, Inc. as an economist and consultant in both the Insurance Group and the Defense and Aerospace Group.

Mr. MacFarlane earned his A.B. with Honors in Chemistry from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Factor, a comprehensive guide for the small business owner who seeks to find a professional, competent IT provider.  Konrad has authored additional cybersecurity articles for a number of regional and national magazines, and was featured in MSP Success Magazine’s Spring 2021 special edition with his article, “The CPA Turned IT Consultant Every CPA Firm Wants to Know.”

Konrad uses his publications and other platforms to educate audiences on the field of cybersecurity and the reality that cybercrime is a sophisticated and organized industry. He believes strongly that education and empathy are critical, and that teams that are unified and knowledgeable are the best way to fight against the growing danger.

Before founding Tech Advisors, Konrad worked as a CPA; this background gives Konrad an understanding and appreciation of the financial side of technology, and he enjoys helping Tech Advisors’ clients connect the value of a well-managed IT infrastructure with business efficiency and profitability.  His background also led him to become a trusted advisor to the Massachusetts Society of CPAs; he wrote the WISP (Written Information Security Plan) for their organization and its hundreds of members.

The Bangor, Maine, native is a graduate of the University of Maine, where he competed and became a nationally ranked swimmer. He enjoys several outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, and triathlons.  Konrad splits his time between Medway, Massachusetts, and Lantana, Florida, with his wife, Jeannie. They are parents to Rebecca, Adam and Fritz.

Sudershan Murthy

Sudershan Murthy graduated in Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India in 1985. He did his Masters Degree in Business Administration from University College of Commerce & Business Management. Osmania University in 1987.

His first job was with PSI Data Systems Limited, an associate company of Bull S.A. of France, as Marketing Executive. PSI Data was into Sales and Marketing of Bull DPS 7000 range of Mainframe Systems. Later, he was with WIPRO Infotech for four years. As Regional Sales Manager, he provided turnkey IT solutions to Manufacturing companies.

He joined Genesis group of Institutions in 1996 and has over 25 years of experience in managing software training institutes and Engineering Colleges. He is currently the Director of Neil Gogte Institute of Technology and Keshav Memorial Engineering College, Hyderabad, India. In his current role, he provides educational leadership to Principals, Teaching Faculty and Administrative officials of the institutions in the development, delivery and coordination of educational programs.

Mabel Rajagopalan

Mabel is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Direct Access, Web Access and Blue Monkey Films. She has a degree in Mass Communications and an MBA in Marketing. She is the co-producer of “A Thursday” streaming on Disney Hotstar. It is the “Most liked” and 2nd “Most Viewed” film of 2022.

Thomas Santacrose

Mr. Santacroce has over 25 years’ experience developing strategy and leading growth for technology and professional services companies. He has served in Business Development leadership functions for over 15 years in both early stage and established public companies. Thomas has extensive experience delivering cloud based technology in the ‘procure to pay’ space to leading global companies across a diverse set of industries.

Prior to joining SAP Ariba, Mr. Santacroce held the position of Vice President of North American Sales at JPD Financial and Connolly Consulting. While at Connolly, he played a key role in Connolly’s fast growth and rise to a position of the leading service provider in the recovery audit industry.

Mr. Santacroce started his career in technology at Tandem Computers where his successes soon earned him regional management responsibilities. He went on to a distinguished career in managing sales and marketing organizations with industry leaders such as Compaq and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Santacroce is a graduate of Fairfield University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Vineet Singhal

Vineet Singhal is an accomplished pharmaceutical/biotech business leader for 22+ years. Currently he is the COO at SGN Nanopharma, Inc. – a clinical stage Biotech company based in the USA. Previously he held leadership roles at Novartis Consumer Health and Shire/Baxalta/Takeda, running and building multi-million dollar businesses. He has extensive experience in developing a culture of strong performance with high performing teams through a strong operating rhythm. He has worked across the USA, Europe, South East Asia and India in Consumer Health and Rare Disease/Specialty pharmaceuticals. He is a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK.

Dr. Raj Subramanian

Raj Subramanian, a PMP certified Technology professional, having 26+ years’ experience in Software Engineering roles at both Product and Services Companies in Semiconductor, ISV, Legal, US State Govt, NPO & Biomedical Informatics domains.

He graduated in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bharathidasan University, Trichy in 1988. He completed his Doctorate in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2017. And he did Post-Doctorate Research in Pathomics (Digital Pathology & Brain Tumor Imaging Genomics Data Science) at Dept of Neurology, Emory School of Medicine, Atlanta in 2018-2019.

He managed multiple, multi-million-dollar Software Engineering Programs/Projects across India & USA, in the capacity of Country Head, Vice President, Delivery Head, and Microsoft Practice Head at Essar, Asyst Inc, HCL Technologies, Microsoft Inc, Cognizant Technologies and ASSYST Inc.

In his recent industrial assignment, he worked as a Country Head and in setting up Indian TCoE (Tech Center of Excellence) for Continuity2, a Scottish Business Continuity and Enterprise Risk Resilience Product (MerdianBCMS) developer.

Since 2019, leading R & D initiatives at Keshav Memorial Technology Educational Society (KMTES) institutions in various domains (Clinical Imaging, NVidia-CUDA Programming, Blockchain, Cybersecurity). Have published 20+ research papers in various international journals and given invited talks at European Society of Medicine, Spain and at John Hopkins University, USA.
